I bought it mainly for curtains so we wouldn't have to iron on a board, but disappointing. She's so weak she couldn't even straighten the flimsy curtain.
I chose mainly because of the brand Philips, but it did not meet expectations, plus supposedly the new steamer came with water in the container.

I returned this iron (without any problems as I am used to with Alza). The fact that it was used doesn't bother me, maybe a technician tried it before shipping, not necessarily another customer. But I used to have an ETA for about 1/3 the price and ironing was much more efficient, generated more steam too. I do not recommend this iron. The price does not correspond to the quality.

Someone who does not read the enclosed documentation complains in reviews that the steamer came used, because of the water residue in the reservoir. If he'd read, he'd know it was leftover from production testing.
