This kettle is a disappointment. I expected more from Philips. Cheap pastes and the design is user-unfriendly.
when pouring into the cup, water flows sideways due to a poorly made flap on the outlet
The container with the filter cartridge is difficult to pull out of the kettle and there is a plastic latch at the end of the cartridge which broke off the first time it was pulled out
