This product has really failed Phillips. It is much bulkier and noisier than a regular kettle + filtered water kettle. So it more or less makes no sense at all.
Cooling can be switched off (then the device is quiet)
The water filter is gravity only (same as Brita)
Small tray
Huge size but most of it is taken up by the cooling system
The display responds poorly to touch
A tray for placing cups. When you put it down, water splashes out. When up, it won't fit most cups and glasses
Design and processing looks pretty cheap
