I returned the product unpacked, fortunately I noticed on the packaging that the headphones do not have ANC (active noise cancellation). They only have noise cancellation on the microphone, that is, to make it good to understand if they are used as handsfree. ANC was the most important feature for me, without it I decided I'd rather return them. It would be good to change the category and correct the description of the headphones.
They don't have ANC!
