The ECT-3 digital thermometer comes with a plastic case. The measurement time usually does not exceed 60 seconds. It offers memory for the last measured value, is resistant to breakage, and does not contain dangerous mercury. It also features a flexible neck.
An acoustic tone at the end of the measurement will alert you to the maximum temperature reached. At an elevated temperature, it produces a shorter, more intense tone. The temperature is displayed on the display for 10 minutes, after which the machine will switch itself off. It is powered by a 1.5V coin-cell battery. The product is tested by the Prague State Health Department and is therefore guaranteed medically safe.
