An 11.5" tablet will only fit if it is close to a 1:1 aspect ratio. We have a classic 16:9 10" and it doesn't fit.

An 11.5 tablet certainly won't do. I have a 10.6 tablet that I purchased this organizer for and it doesn't fit, so I'm returning it.
