I bought for my old Mazda5 to see something at night (for the record, of course I only drive off road - I know it's not homologated). It doesn't dazzle nearly as much as the Xenon and LED lights of modern cars, so I'm glad I can see something when I pass these cars too (my lights are blurred and fine)
slightly better luminosity, but at the same time does not dazzle
the upside and the downside is that normal mortals can't tell the difference
if I didn't buy them and personally change them, I wouldn't know they were stronger
I'm a bit scared of the STK - but definitely not because of these bulbs
