I have been using the headset for two months now and I am completely satisfied with it, when I was looking for a replacement for the outdated Jabra Evolve 80 MS.
I use them mainly for work, so the priority for me is clear sound, good noise cancellation, quality of design, comfort during prolonged use and availability of spare parts.
At the same time, it was key for me that the headphones be able to connect to multiple devices (compute and phone), which Orosound does very well, and each time you turn it on it tells you where it actually connected. I strongly recommend the USB dongle from Orosound to everyone. you set this in the communicator as the sound source and Windows does not disturb or change the source when you turn off the headphones. Plus there is an LED on the dongle indicating the connection.
Before they started to be offered in the Czech Republic, I wrote to the manufacturer and they offered me a shop in Germany that also supplies the Czech Republic. As soon as they started offering them in the Czech Republic, the customer service department remembered me and sent me an email with a link, and it's been almost a year since our last communication. When they also emailed me detailed instructions and manuals. So, thumbs up for me.
