it can also be used to cook a mini portion of rice for a ketodiet (i.e. I cook a lot of meat in a bigger pot and always just the actual tiny portion of rice in this small one, and then I put more meat on the plate than rice. )

Unfortunately, there is a sticker on the pan with "non-removable" glue. It will probably go down with a paste of soda and oil, but it's a stroke of genius to use this on dishes.
