It's not working. Tested on three computers and it behaves the same way everywhere - it copies for a while, then fries after about twenty minutes and disconnects. If you need to copy more than a few dozen GB, it is not recommended.
pros are hard to find with such a dysfunctional device that disconnects after a few minutes: (
the transfer rate is 10G and not the declared 20G
after a few minutes it overheats and disconnects
