Awesome headphones. You don't need to install anything. Super fit in the ears, it's not painful even with prolonged wear. The other party can hear perfectly, even if you're just whispering. But you have to play with the sound settings for online meetings - it roared horribly (in Teams directly in the app, but for Google meet in Settings in Windows). A minor minus is that you hear a slight background noise.
