1. insert the rear ring on the cable, with the twist towards the end of the cable
2. strip about 2-3cm from the outer part of the cable, and bring the shielding together towards the end of the cable
3. from the core of the cable you will need a few mm of insulated part and about 5mm of stripped part.
4. stretch the thin metal plate and push it onto the cable in a circular motion with the stretching side forward. By twisting it should gain shading.
5. remove the inside of the front part of the connector and screw the middle wire (with reasonable force). The screen that holds the shielding should be down.
6. push the inner part of the connector into the outer part and tighten with reasonable force

It's better than the plastic alternatives, even the screw thread is a bit more capable.
