Good and nice measuring cup if you don't want to use it for measuring. For 50 ml measurements you need the narrower ones.
It can be used for cooking if you are handy enough and can keep the blender far enough away from the glass. It's big enough so you can easily get your hands inside, and you can use it as a smaller bowl for kneading and mixing.
It washes better than plastic bowls. I'm having trouble making the plastic sterile.
