It costs a lot of money, and it's terrible stupidity. The wipes on this are completely unnecessary, I bought it for the socket guard. Even that doesn't quite work great, a bit of paste tends to squeeze past because it doesn't quite come up to the mark. I think Noctua could have come up with a better idea.

A very good thing that prevents the hot water paste from getting stuck outside the processor area.
On the Noctua website (NH-U12A), the entire package (there are 10 wipes included to degrease the CPU and heatsink surface) is included in the heatsink package. Czech radiator supplier sells it separately why !?
