It worked great at the beginning. Then the first update came and everything went to hell. And the helper has become more of a stressor in the home.
It makes you happy exactly twice, the first time you use it and then when it flies into the trash - or better, into the scrotum.
The manual says that I have to switch the screen from 5ghz to 2.4 - what, how can the manufacturer even afford it?
He's forgetting the map of the apartment.
Even if you mark the no-go zones, he still drives into them, and deep behind the Czar.
It disconnects itself from the site (even once a month). And reconnection is almost impossible.

It wouldn't pair with my app at all. Tried two modems (2.4Ghz), two different phones, a tablet and none of it worked. But probably just the wrong piece.
He can't vacuum and mop at the same time. Which I didn't find out anywhere before until afterwards on another website. An important function for me. Therefore returned.

This is the first robotic vacuum cleaner that we bought for the home. I must say that I did not have such expectations and the vacuum cleaner was very pleasantly surprised, because especially the vacuuming of carpets is really visible. On the line, floating floors ,. is a big advantage of two sweeping brushes, as they do not scatter crumbs on the floor. As for the application, it is very clear, intuitive and the vacuum cleaner is easily steamed. The application then provides an overview of how the vacuum cleaner is charged, you can set which rooms it should ever vacuum, whether it is vacuuming, etc. I would definitely recommend downloading the application. I can' t say anything about the mopping, because we haven' t used it yet, and we probably don' t even plan it. I would definitely recommend the vacuum cleaner and I would not be afraid to choose it in front of the “soft“ brand among vacuum cleaners such as the iRobot friction.

If they fix the problem with WiFi disconnecting and deleting the map, so I could recommend this vacuum cleaner, it looks good, it vacuums nicely, decent app in Czech, you can set the routine and forbidden zones.

My first robotic vacuum cleaner. I chose for a long time and finally I chose the Czech company Niceboy. It was a huge mistake. After the initial excitement, one finds that quite a few things promised in the app don't work. Cleaning the selected zone-doesn't work. Cleaning your own zone-doesn't work. Do-not-disturb mode doesn't work. The LEDs light up according to some key I haven't figured out. But I could live with all that. But the main problem is that even the most fundamental thing doesn't work. The main advantage of more expensive vacuum cleaners with LIDAR is that it creates a map when vacuuming to which you can add virtual walls and no go zones where the vacuum cleaner has a problem. The vacuum cleaner knows where what is and where not to go. Unfortunately this piece doesn't care about any maps yet and even if you create and save a map it always starts creating a new one. This means that every vacuuming starts all over again and you have to keep an eye on it. That makes the whole thing meaningless. Niceboy is said to be aware of everything and is working hard on an update. Apparently the vacuum cleaner has been sold for some 3 months and the software is a complete tragedy, I don't have much faith in any early remedy. So for me, I definitely don't recommend buying it yet. When they fix it all, yes, the vacuum cleaner vacuums surprisingly well.

It only vacuums dust, the catcolith with side brushes scatters around the room, after it finishes vacuuming we vacuum with a normal old vacuum cleaner.
The biggest problem is the garbage tank, it has a hole with a hinged door, when the vacuum cleaner hits the carpet, the vacuum cleaner jumps, the door opens and the mess spills out on the floor.
