After two air cooled pc's I was convinced to pay the beauty tax and get water cooling, I wouldn't say I regret it outright but I certainly expected much much more. With the R7 9800X3D in cinebench at 160 watts, it cools down to 88° (which is really not much in itself), but is much much noisier than my previous enforfy fortis 5 (with the same temperatures/consumption). I was really disappointed with the results on the 360mm AIO.
looks nice
closer to the spirit
much worse than air cooling
extremely noisy (mainly the fans but the pump can also be heard)
really extremely noisy
The pump is correct only on Intel, on AM5 it has to be 90° rotated (it's just on the side)

I have also noticed a buzzing noise, but I personally don't notice it if the case is closed. Personally, I don't consider it a complaint, every pump makes a sound and you have to take it into account. Ryzen 7 9800X3D can keep it cooler than I expected, I artificially limited the speed to 50-80% of the power and it is enough with a quality paste. The fans are already pre-installed and plugged into each other, so just add the block to the CPU and the radiator to the case. The center logo on the block can even be detached and rotated as needed (MSI's website even provides a 3D file for 3D printing your own design, which is definitely cool). Fans can normally be controlled via Fan Control like any other and have full support for all stages from 1% power up to 100% (which not many fans support today and their lower limit is usually at 15-20%).
Ryzen 7 9800X3D idle 35-40°C, max 75°C under load
cools above expectations even with artificially set half fan power
RGB works well

If you have on, your PC case manual ''Physical'' wheel to regulate, fan speed, water cooling. Then it's great. For those who don't have it, it's a more complicated setup necessity in SW. This is rather, a mistake on the part of the SW developer. This is not the fault of the manufacturer of the water cooling system.
Ryzen 9 7950x cools down to about 60-70° under ''gaming, modern gaming'' load under normal use, web browsing, etc. cools to approx. 50-55°
At full, medium, quiet speed, it makes an annoying buzzing sound. ''I solved it, by manual adjustment, in SW by special speed adjustment, so that the unpleasant sound, buzzing, was eliminated. '' *I don't notice it when I'm playing games when the revs are at full speed. And I don't think you can hear.
The SW will not automatically adjust the speed to be quiet while cooling the processor. ''The need to adjust the speed in SW itself. ' Which is more likely, for the more experienced or skilled.
