As a desk clock, fine, as an alarm clock for precise time, absolutely useless.
Small
Cheap
The wake-up time is off by half an hour
Once you set the alarm to 8 and it is between 19-21 you are out of luck, the alarm beeps as soon as the alarm hand is near the hour hand, even an hour earlier or later

Alarm clock as it should be. The seconds hand runs smoothly, not jerkily by the second.
