Those who enjoyed Explosive Kittens won't be disappointed, even though the gameplay is quite different. I can confirm that my ten year old son, my wife and I, and my parents had a lot of fun with the game and would definitely play it again. The concept is quite different from other games we know, and the game has momentum.
The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that there was a teaser for a "gift" in the box. Of course, my son was very curious, so we scanned the QR code, the page requires you to sign up for the newsletter without knowing what it is, and it just threw him to a page with some pretty expensive expansions for the game: |
