Mikrotik does all things great, I have everything on it at home.
Calling a device with an L3 license an Access Point is very misleading. If I set AP mode in this SXT, it tells me that there is no license for AP mode (level 4 required). So beware, this is purely a client device (designed to connect against an AP), not an Access Point as such.
