RouterOS is great (until now I only had SwitchOS or stupid switches)
8x 2.5GbE + 2x 10GbE is a good combination of ports

Somehow it doesn't get along with ConnectX-3 and 10Gtek optics, I had to disable auto-negotiation on the 10GbE port to the desktop, otherwise it sometimes looped after turning on the PC and kept dropping the connection
Nice device, nicely made, can work as a switch or full-fledged router, great possibilities but you need to be able to configure it. Due to the marketing positioning as a "switch" it has unfortunately relatively lower performance and especially little RAM, for normal use (routing) it is enough, for containers it is not.
