When it does happen to run it has a stunning appearance.
The settings do not remember fullscreen mode.
After a couple of days after startup, it asks to insert the disk. There is no clear-cut way to fix this error and it can take hours. The game is so absolutely unusable

Realistic simulator with detailed flight model and beautiful graphics. If you want to fly, this is the obvious first choice. Just count that with the tutorial to master e.g. A32Oneo will not be enough and you will have to find more literature.
The HW requirements are diabolical and on everything "on" and "max" it will be unplayably jerky over the city even on (in my case) a 5800X3D, RTX 4090, 32GB DDR4-3600 and a PCIe 4.0 4x SSD.
