I was expecting a lot from this device (especially after the many reviews I' ve read) and was quite disappointed. Even though it' s the 3rd generation, it' s still a device that' s pretty imperfect, so I' m looking forward to Quest 5, maybe it' ll be perfected there. The first thing that really disappointed me is the image quality. Despite the parameter-promising resolution, high pixelation of the image is visible during use. My eyes also hurt when using it, it was better with the night mode. The center of gravity is very much on the front of the glasses, they pull the head down and it hurts the back of the neck. An improvement would definitely be batteries in the back of the strap, which would balance the device better. Short battery life - around 1.5h, charging over 2.5h. Passthrough is a good feature, although the image is rather poor quality and not very detailed. At least it' s colorful. The last thing that surprised me was the minimum of free apps/games. If you want something with decent graphics and non-infantile content, prepare a card with enough funds.
VR is an interesting extension of the gaming experience
head strap - fits and holds well
pass through
insufficient resolution
much more weight on the front of the glasses - it weighs quite a bit on the head and hurts the back of the neck
low battery life
slow charging speed
little usable free content, almost all paid
attaching the controllers to the string
unpleasant to the eyes (subjective)

very big tip
it could be a bigger battery, but I understand, it would then be very heavy on the head

Compared to the vision, it's a trabant, but it's 100k cheaper and it's enough for home fun. The picture is really bad, if you are used to oled minitor eg. But I don't regret it - it's enough for home entertainment with children.
It holds your boundary pretty well
The drivers are ok
Sits well on the head
Without the wire, it will last a while
It's a pain to draw a zone sometimes
Games are sometimes shot wrong, so you have to turn it off

The headset holds well on the head. Thanks to the adjustable collar and eye spacing, it can also be used very well with glasses. Weight is not a problem, even after two hours of playing my neck doesn't hurt. The interface of the headset is in Czech and even pre-installed small games to try are in Czech. The app store uses automatic translation to purchase apps, mostly usable. However, in most cases the games are not translated and you can't do without at least basic English. Each controller comes with one AA battery (not included) and lasts about 40 hours, by my estimate. Some games and headset interfaces also support handtracking, which is very usable. The headset navigates in the protor using cameras, so you need to play in a lit environment, especially if you only use handtracking. Thanks to the EU, you no longer need a Facebook account to register, just an email. Within 24 hours of your first activation, you'll be running a 25% discount on everything in the store for a few days, I recommend taking advantage of this. Later, you can get a discount only in promotions or you can try to find on the Internet a discount from a "friend" of 30% on a particular software. The connection to the gaming PC is only usable via the Headset -> Wi-fi chain (bandwidth min. 5 MB/s) -> router -> ethernet cable -> PC. You won't have much fun with ordinary 2.4G Wifi. I used to use the steam link app, but it didn't work very well for me, the headset disconnected quite often. I switched to the Virtual Desktop app instead (costs $20, take advantage of the device activation discount), which has worked reliably and has much better uses, including streaming 3D SBS movies. After the latest update, you can also use the headset lying on the bed and put a 4-metre screen on the ceiling: -) 1/2 of my gaming sessions usually ended with the headset warning me that the battery was low, expect about 100 minutes of gaming and 120 minutes if you stream anything from a PC.
Excellent entertainment
good drivers
Good augmented reality
Usable with glasses
The control environment is Czech

You usually need to buy a cable with the set. And a proper charger on Alza. manufacturer recommends 45w. the one with the cable costs about 1k. Cable to PC another 1k. Definitely need to buy a set with a spare battery for balance and longer battery life. From a German bailout for 2.5k is enough. also missing silicone covers and lens covers. So in total, you need to count over 20k. plus games. It has its faults, but nothing terrible. It is necessary to have e.g. FB account. Better games can be played via Steam and you only need a PC with a first-party RtX and 6giga vram. Overall, the graphics are worth it because the characters are photorealistic. and you need something to polish your glasses. cloth or alcohol wipes. A must for gaming fans. The first game was HL alyx and the graphics were breathtaking. But by length, don't expect games like I do PC. HL has over 50 gigs and was finished in 16 hours.
