I wouldn't call it a cleaner. The label with the Czech translation says only light cleaning.
So for cleaning it will want to use a different product and use this only as a conditioner.
Easy application
It must be carefully rubbed in and the excess wiped off, otherwise the seat will be left with a greasy and shiny surface that will not soak in.
