I ordered one smaller and one larger bag of the same type and both arrived with bent zipper teeth, so they could only be opened by brute force from the start. After two rides, the larger bag could not be opened at all. With "soft" waterproof products like these bags or goretex jackets, you can't skimp on the zipper, because it is under a lot of stress due to the waterproof hem and bending, and here the cheapest Chinese crap was used. For me, poor quality product and investigations in the wrong places. And of course the claim was rejected, as is customary with Alza. They said the product was inspected before sale and was fine. Next time I will only buy from specialist bike shops.
