We're very happy with the fridge so far. It's really spacious and the internal layout is practical, so it holds significantly more food than we were used to. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is, which is important for us as our kitchen is connected to the living room. The fridge looks high-quality, we like the black finish, and we also appreciate the low energy consumption. So far, we haven't found anything that significantly bothers us.

*** The doors don't open all the way, only to about 110°, I'd guess. This means that one drawer in the fridge is very difficult to remove, and the other one is almost impossible. The same goes for the shelves. *** The IceMaker is a completely tragic design. The ice cubes fall out of it quite well, but refilling it with water is incredibly difficult and takes a long time (both fridge doors are open for a while, water spills everywhere, so you either have to tediously wipe it up with a cloth every time or it freezes and becomes a problem). *** The internal layout of the shelves in the fridge and on the doors is essentially unchangeable – there's no option to move them, say, just a few centimetres higher or lower (there are no prepared positions). So if an item doesn't fit height-wise by just 1cm, you're out of luck, you can't adjust it. The only option is to take out an entire shelf. However, a two-litre bottle won't fit in the door shelves even if you remove one of them, so the only place for it is lying down in the fridge. But it doesn't fit on the shelf designed for bottles lying down either (it's too low).
So, even though the fridge has a large capacity, it doesn't fit that many more things than a standard fridge – due to the impractically designed shelves. *** The top third of the freezer doesn't have a drawer, just a shelf. It's much less practical and clear than a drawer. *** The fridge motor is quieter than my previous one. Whereas the old one made a classic humming sound, this one has more of a fan whirring – the same sound as a computer fan. The only thing is, it runs almost non-stop. I haven't timed it exactly, but it's on more often than it's quiet. This makes sleeping in the same room almost more annoying than it was with the previous (slightly louder) fridge. *** The doors are quite stiff to open and have no handle, which isn't comfortable. (But I suppose you get used to it.) What bothers me more is closing them – that's also stiff. You can't just give the door a light push to close it automatically (like with all normal fridges); you have to properly push the door shut with force every time. *** The user manual is tragic, even the extended version on the website. You won't find what you need to know in it (how to refill the IceMaker, what temperature the "Meat" or "Fish" settings cool to, how to remove the unremovable drawer from the fridge, etc.) – but you will learn that you should be careful not to accidentally lock a child in the fridge, as they could suffocate. *** I haven't measured the energy consumption yet, so I can't confirm if it's as economical as they promise. *** I haven't installed the mobile app or connected the fridge to the Wi-Fi – I see no reason to connect a fridge to the internet. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the fridge and I definitely wouldn't buy it again; I'd look for something better and more practically designed.

Really big fridge
The black version looks luxurious.
Paired with the app - notifies you when someone hasn't closed the fridge.
The black isn't 100% black

There's one thing that's bothering me. What’s so special about this SMART fridge? It has one of the worst LG ThingQ apps, and you can’t actually see anything through it. Not even the temperature – I really don’t see the point of connecting it to Wi-Fi
That fridge is actually quite good
Quiet
It looks well-designed
No smart features whatsoever, not even monitoring
The bottle shelf is so poorly designed that I can fit fewer bottles in it than in my old fridge (also an LG), which was 60 cm wide
