I've only had it a short time so far, but I'm quite impressed. Sufficient port selection so you can connect anything even if you don't have a dock handy, solid construction, ability to add a second M2 drive. Perhaps the only downside is that the 8GB RAM is hard soldered to the board, so only one DIMM can be replaced. This will only bother you, however, if 16 GB of RAM is not enough: ). Since this model is relatively fresh, you have to expect that driver upgrades and related bug fixes will be more frequent.

Full-featured ports and docking support
W11 Pro, you can downgrade to W10, both W11 and W10 have full support (drivers and such). My w11 lasted 11 minutes. maybe later. when they're useful.
Solid support from Lenovo's website, including a service manual for those who need to add something to the NB or handle minor repairs themselves.
The GC RAM is hardwired to the board, there is only one DIMM to upgrade. Thus, if you need more than 16 GB of RAM, you will not have them symmetrically.
