From the first time I switched it on, I had to solve the problem of the screen going off while working, the sound not working, the system not recognizing the sound card, the jack not working, overheating, etc. You have to update a bunch of drivers and change a bunch of settings after a bunch of googling, otherwise the laptop is basically unusable, I would expect that with a brand new laptop I wouldn't have to deal with anything like that. Apart from the monitor's color saturation, which absolutely does not match the real colors, it was necessary to recalibrate the monitor's colors and download a custom ICC profile.
During gaming and more demanding programs, the laptop hums like a fighter jet and the space above the keyboard is very hot.
