With every vinyl we put in the turntable, one side doesn't play! The disc doesn't spin or it spins too slowly that it's impossible to listen to. Always only one side of the vinyl, the other works normally. If there's anything we can do about it, we'd like some advice.

I didn' t expect any miracle. I just wanted a basic turntable with a preamp that I would use through a Hifi system. But the sound from RCA and headphones is unusable, the bass component is completely missing. It doesn' t matter from the integrated speakers, because they wouldn' t play the bass component anyway. This is a device for someone who is used to sound from a mobile phone or laptop.
The sound is terrible, the bass component is completely missing, even through the RCA (cinch) output and through the headphone output. I.e. frequencies below about 300 Hz are missing.
