Finding a slightly more retro, more passable, black and good one was a problem, but this one ticks all the boxes. is noisy, but that's a problem of power and fast water heating, i.e. the laws of physics. that I have a problem with: it's a sprayed finish, the paint scrapes off really easily and then you can see the stainless steel plate (but just be careful when refilling the water). the second thing is the stunningly tacky blue dildos on the switch lever (like all kettles) - tell me they can't put some decent warm white in there.
