Absolutely dysfunctional and a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, the product doesn't fit in the alzabox, so I had to return it at my own expense.
The upper rod is too tightly attached to the cage from the factory, so I had to loosen the wires in which it is placed, that could still be understood.
After the pull rod finally started to work a bit I found that the door is only supported by the pull rod at one point and at the edge = the door gets stuck in the guide rail and after the pull rod is released the door stays open! It would be enough to use slightly longer rods and put the door support point in the middle.
