padding
neither of my two 10" tablets (Lenovo Yoga Tab and Asus EEE) fit into the space provided for the 11" tablet
external side storage absolutely unusable (even tissues or a small bottle of disinfectant won't fit)
the top "quick access" storage compartment has too small an opening (e.g. a packet of paper handkerchiefs is a problem to remove through it)
too little space inside
the main zipper is difficult to close and open due to its shape
