Quite sufficient as a portable radio. The DAB/FM tuner is quite sensitive. The sound with the supplied source is quite decent, which cannot be said about the battery operation, as it is noticeably weaker. The bluetooth range is decent and the sound quality is sufficient for normal listening. The connection via line in ( 3,5 mm jack ) is also good, I use it as an amplifier to a mini tv and the sound is really decent.
Weaker sound when running on battery power
The volume/enter control knob gives the impression that it is about to fall off.
Controls may be a little more difficult for older individuals
