We bought mainly for car trips. size xl - we have a retriever 11 months. the size corresponds and our female lay down on the mat immediately. I thought great it works... However, after the first ride the hole through the pad.... I was disappointed, but what happens I glued the hole with pool glue and it's holding, great... Second ride and yikes, the hole again - I thought to myself it's not like that anymore... Yes, after every use there is a hole on the mat, sometimes even through, sometimes just the top part. Our bitch is not heavy for a large breed (23kg) and the fabric cannot support the weight! The mat is already glued in 5 places... I'm totally disappointed. I also choose according to reviews and I really didn't expect this. The mat is completely unusable...
