I have them on a CBF600 N and they fit ok. I was worried that the supports would be too small and useless, but in the end they work fine and work beautifully for smaller bags. I bought https://www.alza.cz/auto/kappa-ah207-bocni-textilni-brasny-d6339359 to go with it. htm. Size-wise, I think it is ideal (and also maximum) for the size of the supports. The supports are not very big. The bags have like a pocket on the back and slide onto the frame, so it works ok.
fits well on Honda CBF600 N
with smaller Kappa bags completely ok
some types of panniers will be really hard to attach to this if you need to attach or fix the panniers to the frame somewhere. Not valid for my bags, I'm satisfied
