JVC GZ-R435B

The JVC GZ-R435B combines the durability of an outdoor camera with the popular features available on a classic handheld camera. It can operate up to 5-metres underwater without the need for a pouch. You never have to worry about the effects of dust, frost or water droplets. Unlike other action cameras, you can get up to 40x optical zoom, allowing you to snap objects from a distance in detail without losing any quality. There is a 2.5Mpx CMOS with backlighting, making the JVC GZ-R435B responsive in minimal light conditions. The light f/1.8 lens is a great added bonus. The advanced optical image stabiliser works to produce clear and satisfying images even when you have shaky hands.

The JVC GZ-R435B, with its sleek black design, records Full HD videos in a highly effective AVCHD format (up to 24M/sec) to capture the smallest details. Advanced features include face detection, intelligent parameter settings and time-lapse recordings. Operating the camcorder is intuitive and is facilitated by a tactile touchscreen display. While recording, there is an option to take pictures simultaneously (10Mpx). You can even record when the display is closed. The battery is commendable, allowing up to 5 hours of continuous recording.
