this is probably individual, but it is not holding me well in my ears. They hold, but with most movements they tend to fall out, get caught in the hair, etc. When I put my hair behind my ear, it picks up the signal and shuts down/ switches over. I mention this because it is the reason why I won't buy them again, otherwise they are fantastic: )
