Probably no one would expect top-notch sound at this price, but for listening while travelling on public transport it's perfectly fine.
Only, I bought four pieces. On absolutely all of them, after about half a year, one headphone started to play significantly quieter. The complaint was disallowed on the grounds that the handset was just stained with earwax. Which is nonsense because I cleaned them before claiming. If it only happened on one of those four, ok, it could have been a defective piece. But when the same problem manifested itself on everyone?
