The size of the plate is actually 29cmx36cm-it does not correspond to the stated dimensions. Instructions in English are missing. The controls are complicated and chaotic compared to other manufacturers. I was buying for size reasons. But the half-price SENCOR is the same and controls great.
So a big disappointment.
