I am thrilled with the ease of installation and use. Just plug in the cable and everything works as it should. It is simply controlled either by buttons directly on the device or by software. I use MS Teams and all actions are equivalent (e.g. mute via Teams or the button does the same). Sound-wise, I find it perfectly adequate. I can hear fine and the other side isn't complaining.
