Cable approx. 25 cm for charging the docking station not working. Nowadays it's no problem to take another one and charge it. However, I had a cable at home with the same 2 m long connector. I want to use the headphones to navigate while traveling on my motorcycle. When travelling on a motorcycle, any space saving is good. I thought that the Alza in Pilsen would not be a problem to replace the cable. I was referred /in a rather unpleasant way/ to claim the whole product.
Perhaps it would be easier and quicker to replace the crown value cable and not burden more people, including the customer, with dealing with the claim. Don't you think?! Ing. R. Cossack Pilsen
