This is the third robot from iRobot that we have purchased in the last 10 years. We have pets, so lots of hair and dust and other joy worn by the critters, so we wanted a robot that could vacuum quickly and well and also mop the floor. Everything is working as planned.
The robot will make a map of the household and here you can make quick choices on rooms or individual zones, I often use it to go vacuum around pet bowls. It will mark the carpets on the map so then you simply make a no-mopping zone so it doesn't slip the mop across the carpet. The app works pretty well, I had it on an older version of the robot so I'm used to it, the controls are relatively intuitive, except if you have a mopping basket, in order for the robot to recognize it, you have to add its code as an additional product, it's in the manual, but I read it gradually after turning it on, so I was a bit surprised. For example, without it, I can't set up a no wipe zone, I thought for a while that it was a bug, but it turned out I was just an idiot.
The robot seems to me quieter than its predecessors we had, the quality of cleaning is good, the mopping is of course not perfect, it is more so lightly wipe off the dust than to expect to wipe some dried spots, for example at the pet bowls, there you have to mop nicely or on your knees and rag.
Another minor disadvantage is that if you want to mop, you have to immediately start the robot after filling the tank and remove the tank immediately after finishing (if you don't clean it so that there is no water left). It has no valve or anything, once you fill it up it starts to "leak". For us it's ok, but if you have the idea that you will prepare it in the evening and the robot will mop it the next day, that won't happen, in the morning you would just find a puddle under the robot and a ruined floor.
Otherwise, both baskets and brushes can be rinsed with water, maintenance is therefore fine, obstacle detection was the main reason I wanted this better model, and it works great, it detects cables, shoes, etc., unlike the older piece, it has never gotten tangled in cables, if it sees something new, it takes a picture of everything and you run it through the app after cleaning, what is an obstacle and what is not, so it creates zones where it should not go. It is quite good at recognizing rooms when creating a map, it updates the map with each cleaning and even suggests zones for cleaning, in my case around the mentioned bowls, it is scary how well it works when after the first cleaning I saw a map with recognized living room, office, kitchen, hallway and hallway and suggestions for special zones around the toilet and bowls.

Water/sanitizer tank constantly leaks so you have to start cleaning immediately (ok for us but for some it can be a minus)
