Unfortunately I have to join the other reviews, I have had the headphones for about 2 years and the battery in the box is almost dead. He can barely charge his headphones once. When charging, it lights up after about 20 minutes of full charge (KO battery)
The lid of the box is on a pidi screw and it is constantly loosening, so the lid moves.
The lid can be opened to about 90°. So taking the headphones out of the box is really a punishment.
The magnetic hold of the headphones in the box after two years almost does not hold. Thus, there are situations when the slightest shake of the box causes the headphones to stop charging and behave as if you took them out. Music starts playing, etc.
These problems cause the case to discharge quite quickly, and in such a situation, the headphones behave again as if they were taken out of the box.
For the money they don't have any ANC which is a great shame.
The fine filters on the headphones will soon become clogged and the sound quality and volume will deteriorate. (I eventually removed the filters)
