In gaming the grip goes cool (Corsair H150i Elite). Temperatures around 70-80°C max. I don't use all cores in other demanding applications. There's probably a cooling problem there.

With good cooling and a bit of tweaking in the bios, it's super performance for the money.
Warning, on my (no longer optimal) motherboard, Asus Prime B660m, it was necessary to update the ME firmware with the CPU because otherwise, in combination with Intel Rapid Storage Technology enabled, all connected drives (m2 and sata) will disappear (even from the bios).
If you have a usb2sata or m2 frame handy it will come in handy.

I cool the processor with NH-D15 and without any PL limits set, it runs at 100C immediately under load. At 200W limits it cools down to 90C and in games around 70C.

The best processor on the market. Compared to 12900, everything became faster, both Windows and applications. Also games have more FPS. I recommend it!
I am very satisfied. Compared to 12900 speedup of all applications. Even the browser has become significantly faster, even when many tabs are open in the background, and some are youtube or similar more demanding sites.
I measured a few FPS more in games.
The CPU is unlocked, i. e. each setting can be overclocked at will.
Alza pleasantly surprised by delivering the CPU already today, before the official release day.
Favorable price. It's a few thousand more. cheaper than what the 12900KF originally cost and it has many more cores and higher multithreaded and single threaded performance. In addition, it has a larger cache.
with the coreliquid s360 driver I have not yet got the temperatures as I wanted, which is not the CPU's fault, and of course the CPU can be underclocked by a few percent, whereby the temperature and power consumption drop very significantly and it is not noticeable that anything is slower. The CPU remains much faster than the 12900.
GTA V crashes with err_sys_thread error. It helps to reduce the number of cores to max. 24. Can be reduced via cmd. exe /C start /affinity FFFFF gtavlauncher. exe can be run.
