The day before I ordered this product I had aggravated asthma where I had to spray Ventolin every 3 hours, I was coughing so much I was almost vomiting. I was desperate, so I bought this salt pipe. Combined with sipping Vincentka, Soledum powder came an incredible relief. No more whistling in Pruduski and even the soulfulness is gone. 10/10
