In this price category, the smallest and most practical I have come across
Small, waterproof
They suit me for swimming (clearly visible swim distance and heart rate)
They suit me when walking (well-visible heart rate, speed and distance covered)
Charged in less than an hour from 0% to 100% once a week with daily sports/alarm clocks/timer 1-2 hours
Easy to wash, quick dry/towel wipe and easy to remove and attach belt
Pairing with a mobile phone is crazy to me, so I don' t use it for sports (I leave my phone at home and walk lightly) and when I have my phone nearby/in the house, it' s great to see incoming sms (read them, don' t answer them) and calls (can' t be used for calls, only announces incoming ones) talk and go to the phone - great with small children when you don' t have the phone right at hand but will accept written information)
Does not interfere with movement
The alarm goes off/the minute goes off - it doesn' t disturb the surroundings
Sleep mode does not interrupt notifications, sms or incoming calls
Only two dials from the menu seem clear to me for heart rate, date and time
Unable to adjust the display/face
I have to take them off at night - after a few days of sleeping with them (wearing no stop to measure sleep and oxygen saturation) we had a rash that healed for a month, but you can definitely have it sometimes at night

After half a year, the strap began to loosen - the end of the strap kept coming out of the eyelet. After three-quarters of a year, the strap broke with no apparent force and the watch fell from my hand. The silicone strap is non-replaceable, so the whole thing went in the trash. I don't recommend it.

I purchased the watch and as always I must commend the fast delivery to the Alza Box. The watch has a decent battery life (approx. 7-14 days) and charging is easy and quite fast (approx. 30 min). You get a lot of music for the price. There's a pedometer, calories burned and the like. The design of the watch is quite good.
I have to say that updating the watch is horrible, when I first went to update it, it only updated on the 10th try about 20 days apart. Then they were actualized and there was no problem.

Better than Xiaomi band 8
The application is not downloaded from the official android/apple store, but from the manufacturer's website, well, it is not optimally converted to the Czech environment, some of the menus in the application are scattered, plus there are some ads. I don't know about the security of the app. But the bracelet is pretty cool, but too short a time for a detailed evaluation so far.
