The product disappointed me as its touchpad squeaked and cracked. Unfortunately, even after replacing it with another piece, the same fault. Since this is not exactly the cheapest NTB, it is a big disappointment and HP should consider whether it can afford to Czech consumers. Either it was a poor quality touchpad, or an inappropriate technical solution (the plastic edge of the NTB narrows significantly at the edge), or both. At least kudos to Alza for accommodating and acknowledging the claim. Finally I bought ACER NITRO and I am satisfied. HP disappointed me. I have an older (and cheap) NTB bought from them 2 years ago and it works quite well (incl. touchpad; -) ).
