I didn't even want to believe it, but it's had an incredibly positive effect on me. Half a year of misery in the weight room, I tortured myself there with no results, just exhaustion, no strength, no shit. Half an hour before the workout I took one scoop according to the instructions and then I did the weights like I used to: ). Explosiveness, strength, energy and even after training I don't feel beat up like I used to. Really unreal. This kicker is great and I'm buying another one for the footy. I recommend it.
really works
after half a year of stagnation in weightlifting and only one scoop like in my youth: )
strength, explosiveness, endurance
awesome

This is only my third pre-workout, and it's enough for my needs. I dare not say how it would fare with more demanding and experienced users.
