I used this peanut butter in baking and cooking. It has a pleasant, mild flavor that goes well in every dish. The texture is off-putting because I've never seen anything like it. It looks oily on top, but when you scoop it out, it is difficult as it is solid. Nevertheless, if you are not sensitive to different consistencies, this is a great purchase and I will continue to buy this product.
