On 26.4 we got the washing machine. According to the instructions, my display showed that it was installed incorrectly, hence not working. I called, and their phone robot failed to connect me to anyone. The next day they said they would call me back, but no one called. Then they told me they would call me and an email was sent to me which I didn't notice, so fine maybe partly my fault, but to call for almost two weeks, everyone telling me someone would call back, yet they do nothing, I have to pay at the laundromat to have clean clothes, and your service is not able to arrange such a small thing? I'm without a working washing machine, and I'm still waiting for you to be able to give me a new washing machine and compensation. It resolved after three weeks, but they did not give compensation.
