I bought the card because of the only game I play (Panzerkampf) and I am extremely satisfied. Combined with the RYZEN 7 5700X3D processor, I get 130 FPS.
I have no idea what people dislike so much about this card. He's OK.
Top of the line if you plug it into an older motherboard with PCIe x16 version 3.0 instead of today's 4.0. (According to tests of this GPU in video games, the difference in average FPS is between nothing and 1/20 depending on the optimization of the particular game. )
The best bang for the buck between GPU passmark and money.

Visible heatpipes compensate well for the lack of RGB.
In the case it fits well with the cheap Noctua NF-P12 redux 1700 PWM fans.
People have tested 4060s from different manufacturers and they always say 52W in idle. It is said to be an error message from the NVIDEA driver. (I measured +10°C compared to ambient with the inflate thermometer - both GPU and CPU. So it doesn't look like a constant 50% TDP draw. )
8GB of RAM might indeed be a little low, but compared to the RTX 3060, at FHD it fully makes up for it with a better core. (And it has a lower TDP overall. )
